Insulating glassInsulating glass is made of two or more than two glass sheets between which a certain
interval by aluminum frame filled up with highly effective molecular sieve absorbent, and
edege of which is sealed up by high intensity glue. To ensure the performance of insulating
glass, Double Seam sealing should be used.The first seam sealing uses thermo Buty1 Rubber,
anf according to the requirement of equipping,Polysulfide Liqid Polymer or silicone Rubber
can be chosen for the second seam seal.
Characteristics
Thermology performance:insulating glass is most ideal one for heat insulation among all multiple process products. It can effectively reduce heat transfer coeffcient. If filled with inert gas like neon,argon,helium,its heat transfer coefficient can be further largely reduced.
Soundproof performance:Insulating glass is kind of ideal soundproof material ,normally reducing noise by 30 decibel. If filled with inert gas,noise can be further reduced by 5 decibel.
Anti-dew under low temperature:As insulating glass has been filled with enough desiccant, if can effectively adsorb the humidity likely in interior or steam from outside, to ensure
absolutely dry in the interior glass to achieve the effect of anti-dew.
Optical Performance: Base of insulating glass can be freely combined by various of products to meet all kinds if requirement to solar transmissivity and refelectance.
Light weight:Under the same condition of heat insulation, the replacement of insulating glass for partial brick wall or concrete wall can reduce load of buliding and simplify the construction.
